The time duration of IRDA exam is 60 minutes. The minimum score is 17 out of 50 points. There is no negative marking in this exam and it is an online exam for which you need to visit the exam center. If you want to work as an agent at LIC then LIC agent registration is the first step. You cannot register as an agent directly on your own. Procedure for LIC agent registration

Once you have completed the form above, the LIC Officer will call you. He will ask for some more information about you regarding your family background, educational background and work experience. If the development officer is satisfied that you are the suitable person and can do the work of lic agent then only you will be appointed as LIC agent. Photo, Pan, Aadhar, X-th proof of DOB, highest qualification proof and digital signature are the documents required for LIC agent.
